In order to join a clinical trial you need to give written permission to the Clinical Trial Team to enrol you in their study. This is called “giving consent”.

In order to give your consent, you need to understand a number of things so you can make an informed decision. Our “Agreeing to be a participant in our clinical trial” video will explain what you need to know before you give consent.
