Notice of election for the Council of Governors of the Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust.

The Trust gives notice that it will hold an election to the Council of Governors of the Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust.

Elections are to be held for the following positions:

9 Public Governors in the following constituencies:

• South Hams and Plymouth (2 vacancies)
• Teignbridge (4 vacancies)
• Torbay (3 vacancies)

2 Staff Governors in the following constituency:

• Non-Clinical (2 vacancies)

All nomination papers should be received by the Returning Officer, John Box, at the address as detailed above, by 5pm on Thursday 24th December 2015.

Should any nominee wish to withdraw their nomination, they must put this in writing to the returning officer by 5pm on Tuesday 29th December 2015.

Ballot papers will be distributed to qualifying members on Monday 18th January 2016. Completed ballot papers must be received by the Independent Scrutineer by 5pm on Friday 5th February 2016.
