Notice of election for the Council of Governors of the Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust.

The Trust gives notice that it will hold an election to the Council of Governors of the Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust.

Elections is to be held for the following position:

1 Public Governor in the following constituency:

• South Hams and Plymouth (1 vacancy)

All nomination papers should be received by the Returning Officer, John Box, at the address as detailed above, by 5pm on Monday 29th February 2016.

Should any nominee wish to withdraw their nomination, they must put this in writing to the returning officer by 5pm on Thursday 3rd March 2016.

Ballot papers will be distributed to qualifying members on Friday 18th March 2016. Completed ballot papers must be received by the Independent Scrutineer by 5pm on Monday 11th April 2016.
