Five year plan for service transformation

Health and Care organisations and Local Authorities across Devon have been working together to create our Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP): a shared five-year vision for how we plan to meet the increasing health and care needs of our population in a way that is sustainable and affordable. Our Trust is a principal partner in the STP process for Devon. We are very actively engaged in shaping and influencing the development of the STP, and in leading implementation both Devon-wide and in our local footprint of South Devon and Torbay.
