More sponsors announced in support of NHS trust’s annual awards

Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust are proud to announce that a further two companies have agreed to support their ‘our people celebration event’ 2024.

PSB Scaffolding and KTA Architects will join Kier and Nevada Construction as sponsors for the event which celebrates the achievements of our staff who have gone above and beyond to provide compassionate care, supported their colleagues, or improved services.

Peter Ball, Director of Philip Steele Building Equipment Limited, said: “PSB Scaffolding are proud to be platinum sponsors for this year’s awards. We have been working with the NHS for many years and have been fortunate enough to see first-hand the remarkable and inspiring acts of care and kindness the NHS Staff members demonstrate every day.

“Having worked extensively for the NHS throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, it was awe inspiring to witness the levels of dedication, compassion, and care day in day out.

“It is a privilege to work with the NHS and our honour to sponsor the NHS Our People Award, providing a platform for amazing people to be recognised for their achievements.”

Next year’s annual event will take place on 23 May at the Riviera Centre in Torquay and anyone who has received an Our People Award or another award or recognition during the previous 12 months is invited to attend.

“KTA Architects have been working closely with the Trust over the years and delivered some key projects to assist the Trust to deliver their vision for the future. This helps support staff, visitors and the community by creating a fit-for-purpose environment for everyone to enjoy.

“Having engaged with staff to deliver designs, we acknowledge the huge hard work and dedication that goes in to running day-to-day activities and beyond. We feel it very important for KTA Architects to recognise this and support this amazing Award and celebrate the success delivered by the staff.”

Members of the public still have time to nominate a member of staff or team for the annual People’s Choice Award. Nominations close on 31 December and the winner will be announced at the celebration event. People can nominate at www.tsdft.uk/awards
