Health and Wellbeing Centre
Currently, Dartmouth Clinic is operating as an interim Health and Wellbeing Centre, however the Trust has committed to delivering purpose-built, new facilities. South Hams District Council is working in partnership with the Trust and stakeholder organisations to develop the facility on a proposed new site adjacent to the Park and Ride facility on the main road into Dartmouth – see press release.
This would enable our Health and Wellbeing team to co-locate with GPs and link into existing community facilities to provide an enhanced well-being offer. Delivering this project is one of the first priorities for the Trust’s new Strategic Estates Partner, Health Innovation Partners, and its parent companies, Arcadis and Morgan Sindall Investments.
