We understand how difficult it can be for you to take the right step and access support for an addiction. This is why we have tried to keep referral to our service as simple as possible and also allow referral for someone else.

You can complete the form below and a member of the service will contact you.

Alternatively, you can call the service and a member of the Team will complete a brief ‘telephone triage’ assessment with you. Once this is done, you will be referred for Recovery Worker allocation and on-going support.

If you are seeking advice on behalf of someone you might be an unpaid carer. There is a lot of support available to you by contacting Torbay Carers Service on 01803 666620 or Signposts for Carers.
