You can self-refer by filling in the form below, or by contacting the HOPE coordinator. Be aware they will need your full name and contact information, and the dates you would like to attend (these cannot be promised as courses will be booked on a first come first served basis). You can also be referred to the programme by your GP or a health professional through the HOPE coordinator.
New dates will be added as we get programmes scheduled. This does not stop you from filling in the form and requesting to join, but please be patient as courses are quickly filled.

*Please note: the HOPE Programme for Health and Social Care Staff courses have been provisionally booked in and will go ahead providing it is safe to do so. If it is not safe to run this course then it will be run virtually on Microsoft Teams instead. If we are able to run the course, we will ensure that all relevant measures are in place to keep staff as safe as possible: socially distancing, windows open, hand sanitizer, face coverings (if necessary) etc.

The Face-to Face HOPE Programme run by Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust is only for people who live in Devon and Cornwall.
Please be aware the places on the programme are filled on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. We are setting up many more courses, so please keep checking this page.
