Specialist Weight Management
What is the Specialist Weight Management Programme?
The programme is for people who have struggled with their weight for a long time. The multi professional team specialise in weight management and the programme is designed to help people lose weight, develop a healthier lifestyle and reduce emotional eating. It is delivered by dietitians, psychologists and physical activity specialists and they provide support throughout the six month programme.
It is normally run in community settings within the Torbay and South Devon area and it is a private, closed group so that participants have the support of other people with similar issues.
