Reactiv8e is a 6 week body conditioning group for people living with long term pain wanting to increase activity and exercise.

Learn how to modify and adapt exercises to suit individual needs by using concepts of mindfulness movement. The focus being on gentle and relaxed breathing, choosing an appropriate start position (sitting, standing, leaning against the wall, or lying down) and adapting the level of difficult.

The short course is run by the Physical Activity Specialist’s in the Pain Rehabilitation Team, before attending the group you may be invited to a 1-2-1 appointment first.
