This short course introduces the 18 movements of Tai Chi Shibashi Qigong. Tai Chi Shibashi Qigong involves gentle movements incorporating breathing and body awareness techniques. It can be practiced in standing or sitting and it is suitable for all ages. Practices can be adapted and modified to individual needs making it an ideal aid to recovery from illness or injury alongside pain.
