Services

Inpatients

A urological service is provided under the direction of three Consultant Urologists.

The service encompasses the investigation and management of urological problems including endoscopic surgery for prostatic disease and stones, and medical and surgical treatment for urological cancer and incontinence. In support of the latter, there is a departmental urodynamics laboratory.

Outpatients

A urological Outpatient service is provided daily at Paignton Hospital and at peripheral hospital clinics in Newton Abbot, and Teignmouth hospitals.

Subfertility

The Urology Department works in collaboration with the Gynaecologists in the investigation and treatment of infertile couples.
