Section 75: update following partner discussions

Following constructive discussions with Torbay Council and the Devon Integrated Care Board on Wednesday 25 February 2026, partners have reaffirmed their strong and ongoing commitment to working together, while taking the time needed to consider carefully whether a credible joint proposal for resetting the Section 75 agreement can be developed and agreed.

This work will not be considered at the Board of Directors’ meeting on 05 March 2026, and no proposals or recommendations are being brought forward at that time.

Any future decisions would be taken by the Board through the Trust’s formal governance processes, informed by the work underway and ongoing engagement with partners.
