Prepare for your hip or knee replacement by downloading the myrecovery app today!

The myrecovery app is designed to support and inform you throughout your treatment journey. The app contains:

  • Articles and videos with helpful information to support you before and after your surgery
  • Checklists to help ensure you are prepared for your procedure
  • Interactive exercise videos to help with your mobility before and after surgery
  • Surveys and questionnaires to inform your care team of your progress

myrecovery is an extension of your clinical team at Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust. The information within your app will change at key points throughout your treatment journey, supporting you every step of the way. By completing daily pain scores and exercises you can also track your progress over time.

The app is currently available for patients undergoing a total hip or knee replacement.

Register for the myrecovery app today.

If you are on the waiting list for a total hip or knee replacement and we have your mobile number or email address on file, you will receive a message with a link to sign up to myrecovery.

  1. Click the link in the text message or email and register your account
  2. Alternatively, go to nhs.auth.msk.ai and complete the online registration form
  3. Download the myrecovery app from your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play)
  4. Open the app and tap ‘I’ve already created my account online’
  5. Enter the username and password that you created
  6. Use the app to learn more about your condition and complete your clinical surveys.

Don’t have access to a smart phone? Visit the myrecovery web portal.

If you don’t have a smart phone, you can still complete clinical surveys on the myrecovery web portal. You don’t even need to create an account or download the app to do this.

Access the web portal

If you have already created an account:

Select ‘Email or phone number’ and log in with the username and password you previously created.

If you haven’t created an account:

  1. Select ‘NHS Login’
  2. Enter your NHS number and date of birth
  3. Create an account or select ‘skip’
  4. Complete the surveys
