Our Year 2024

We have published our Annual Report and Accounts for 2023/24 which takes the opportunity to reflect on what we have experienced, learnt and achieved together during last year, and our ambitions for the future.

We have also produced an ‘Our Year, Our NHS’ video with key highlights which would not have been possible without the support of our staff, patients, partners and public, and our Digital Horizons team.

We’ve had another busy year.

We are proud of our brilliant people who have embraced new opportunities and challenges while maintaining their commitment to our vision for better health and care for all.

It has been a year of incredible accomplishments from delivering life-altering one-to-one care in people’s homes, to the opening of multi-million-pound redevelopments that will benefit us all for generations to come.
