Former Dartmouth Clinic – sale confirmed

We can confirm that the former Dartmouth Clinic at Zion Place was sold at auction on 28 May 2026.

The former clinic site has not been needed for healthcare since the opening of the Dartmouth Health and Wellbeing Centre in May 2023.

The sale of the site was made on the open market, in line with the NHS Estate Code.
