Have a question for our Board?

Published: 18 September 2026

We’re inviting members of the public to submit questions ahead of our Annual Members’ Meeting on Wednesday 30 September at Paignton Library.

Questions can be submitted in advance by emailing tsdft.communicationsteam@nhs.net with “AMM question” in the subject line. Questions can also be submitted during the event and, time permitting, there will be an opportunity to ask questions from the floor. Questions on similar topics may be grouped together and responses to all questions received will be published on our website following the meeting.

The Annual Members’ Meeting is a formal requirement for NHS foundation trusts and provides an opportunity to reflect on our performance during 2025/26. The meeting will include presentation of our annual report and accounts, our auditors’ report and reflections from our Lead Governor. You can read our full annual report and accounts for 2025/26 or our annual report summary. The meeting will take place at 3pm on the first floor of Paignton Library. People are welcome to attend in person or watch online. Anyone wishing to join online should email tsdft.foundationtrust@nhs.net for joining details.

Alongside the Annual Members’ Meeting, we will be holding a free community health and wellbeing event on the ground floor of Paignton Library between 2pm and 4pm. The event brings together NHS teams, community organisations and partners, giving people the opportunity to access advice, information and support, learn more about local services and meet the people delivering care across Torbay and South Devon. Visitors will be able to find out more about services including The Harbour frailty service, Torbay Carers Service, Talkworks, community services, NHS screening programmes and the Torbay Sensory Team, alongside information on healthy ageing, oral health, NHS Health Checks and support available in local communities.

There is also still time to sign up for one of our neighbourhood conversations. These small-group discussions are helping shape the future of neighbourhood health and care services across Torbay and South Devon and will explore how we can provide more joined-up and personalised support closer to home. Find out more about the neighbourhood conversations and register for a place via our Annual Members’ Meeting page.
