Council of Governors meetings

The Council of Governors usually meets four times a year.

Members of the public may attend routine Council of Governors meetings, unless confidential items need to be considered.

Annual Members’ Meeting

Our Annual Members’ Meeting is an opportunity for members and the public to hear about our work, our performance and our plans for the future.

At the meeting, we present our Annual Report and Accounts and share updates on the Trust’s work.

Key documents

Trust Constitution

The Trust Constitution sets out how our Foundation Trust is governed, including membership, constituencies, governor arrangements and formal rules.

Governor Code of Conduct

The Governor Code of Conduct explains the standards expected of governors, including how they work together and with the Trust.

Council of Governors Standing Orders

The Standing Orders explain how Council of Governors meetings are run.
