Our service

We support people with a confirmed diagnosis of Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME), Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), or Post-COVID Fatigue (PCF). Our team also provides training, education, and support to healthcare professionals working with people who have these conditions.

Referrals

we accept referrals from GPs and consultants only
we may need to access your medical records before assessment

Our team

Occupational Therapists

Our therapists provide:

assessment and co-creation of individual management plans
patient group programmes and limited individual therapy
liaise with other health and social care staff and services

Confidentiality

All the information you give us remains confidential between the health and social care professionals directly involved in your care (e.g. GP, Consultant Physician). However, should we become concerned about your safety or the safety of others we will inform other relevant professionals.
