Devon Perinatal Pelvic Health Service
The Devon Perinatal Pelvic Health Service cares for people from pregnancy to 12 months after having a baby. The service has been set up to provide support, advice and treatment for those with or at higher risk of pelvic health concerns in Devon. You can self-refer into the service or talk to your midwife.

Talkworks
Talkworks is a free, confidential NHS talking therapy service for people older than 18 who want help and support about their mental health. Talkworks is part of the Devon Partnership NHS Trust How to access their service – you can call on 0300 555 3344 or complete an online self-referral form, which should only take a few minutes of your time. Devon Rape Crisis and Sexual Abuse Service
The Devon Rape Crisis and Sexual Abuse Service offer support for all survivors of rape, sexual violence and / or sexual assault who are 13 and older. They also offer support to the friends, family and partners of those affected by sexual violence.
They are a group of excellent listeners who will always believe you. It doesn’t matter if the abuse took place yesterday or 20 years ago, they are there for you.
To access their service, you can email support@devonrapecrisis.org.uk or call their anonymous helpline on 01392 204174. Support services are available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6pm to 9pm. For more information, visit the Devon Rape Crisis and Sexual Abuse Service website.
You can also call the National Rape Crisis Freephone Helpline on 0800 500 2222, they are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
