Your GPs and health and care professional can refer you to the Wellbeing Programme. You may also refer yourself for an initial conversation by contacting the provider working in your area. The Wellbeing Co-ordinator will start by talking with you on the phone about your needs.

In Torbay, throughout Torquay, Paignton and Brixham, Age UK Torbay, and Brixham Does Care provide the service.

In South Devon, five local organisations provide the service, local to where you live.
