Community Physiotherapy Service
Our service provides physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and advice for people who are housebound or where home-based care is more appropriate. We aim to help people with long-term conditions, injuries, or illness to live well for longer.
If you are not housebound, please contact the MSK Physiotherapy Outpatient Department for an appointment on 0300 456 9987.
If you need support due to a neurological condition (excluding Parkinson’s Disease), please visit the Community Neurological Rehabilitation page.
