- Your referral is reviewed (triaged) by a clinician.
- You are added to our waiting list.
- We will contact you, or your next of kin or Power of Attorney, to arrange a telephone or Attend Anywhere appointment.
- A Physiotherapist will carry out your telephone or Attend Anywhere assessment. During this appointment, treatment options will be discussed.
- Depending on the outcome, you may have further virtual appointments or be offered a face-to-face appointment with the appropriate member of staff.
- Face-to-face appointments take place in your home or care home.
