Feedback and research
We like to collect feedback on our service as this helps us monitor our services and your individual progress.
You will be given a questionnaire to fill in before your first appointment and questionnaires at the end of the assessment or treatment.
Completion of these is entirely voluntary.
We also undertake research in this department and will ask you whether you would like to take part at your first appointment with us.
In 2016/7 an audit of the feedback showed that 95% of people accessing our service were satisfied with the service they received and 81% of people were extremely likely to recommend our service to family and friends.
