Feedback and research

We like to collect feedback on our service as this helps us monitor our services and your individual progress.

You will be given a questionnaire to fill in before your first appointment and questionnaires at the end of the assessment or treatment.

Completion of these is entirely voluntary.

We sometimes undertake research in this department and we may ask you if you would like to take part at your first appointment with us.
